It is the responsibility of the managers of Bastian to serve the employees and make them their number one priority. Bastian Managers will have a "hands on" approach to problem solving and will lead by example. If an employee perceives that a change should be made in the corporation, or in his or her individual treatment, the employee is encouraged to discuss these issues with their immediate manager. If an employee is uncomfortable talking to their immediate manager they may discuss the issue with the President or another member of the management team.
