My Experience
Through the years with BMH, I have been able to be involved in many projects in manufacturing and distribution environments. The most rewarding part of my position has been the ability to form relationships with my clients and work with them to make their operations more efficient.

The most enjoyable part of working for BMH has been the people. Solving opportunities for clients involves building strong relationships with other BMH employees and the client''s personnel.
Why do customers come back to me?
Much of my business over the years has been repeat business with existing clients. Winning the client''s trust to bring effective projects in on budget and on time has led to continuing business.
A little bit about myself
My wife Linda and I bought and moved to the family farm in 2005. After 40 years of marriage we now live on the property that has been in my family since 1898. The farm is our 3 grandkids favorite place to be - they stay with us every weekend I am home. They are the fifth generation of our family to have bedrooms in our house.

I have earned many certifications over the years working at BMH including conveyor equipment design, network administration, PLC programming and AutoCad.
Project work I am most proud of
The wide diversity of interesting projects has made my position very challenging over the years. I have completed projects from special build equipment to count and verify small parts at high rates to complete distribution centers with miles of conveyor. Integrating equipment with software and controls to give clients a complete turn key system makes projects challenging and interesting.
