My Experience
I started with BMH in 1995 after 11 years with another material handling distributor. As a field sales representative, I enjoy going on-site to see firsthand what our customers are trying to accomplish, and being able to offer different ways for them to accomplish those goals. The many different applications that I run across each day are a continuous challenge and make this job so interesting. The fact that there is always someone in the BMH family that has "been there & done that" and is willing to help gives all of us more confidence that we can solve any of our customers needs.
Working at Bastian
I enjoy having the ability to be able to offer our customers a complete turn-key solution, rather than just being able to provide one or two pieces. I also enjoy the people in our office; a very fun group to work with.
Why do customers come back to me?
I believe my customers continue to call myself/BMH due to a trust that they have with me, our company and the products that we represent.
A little bit about myself
I have one son in his first year of college at Michigan State, leaving Dad in a much quieter home! I enjoy home remodeling projects, woodworking, golf, fishing, muscle cars, and after a few years off - will be going back to playing softball!!
Project work I am most proud of
I have enjoyed working on projects involving pickle packaging, palletizing, robotic weld & bend cell for electrical enclosures and bottled water lines.
