My Experience
I joined BMH as a Field Sales Engineer in the Fall of 1993 serving Louisville, Southern Indiana, Frankfort, Leitchfield and surrounding counties. In addition, I have implemented several integrated material handling systems across the country. I deal with distribution and manufacturing in the pharmaceutical, bottling, automotive, appliance, fulfillment and electronics industries, among others. Project sizes range from a couple hundred dollars to over $2.5 million. I pride myself in meeting client goals in ROI, schedule, budget, quality, up time, reliability, and customer satisfaction. Although my territory has grown in both number of customers and dollar volume, I try to make every customer feel number one. I became a Senior Field Sales Engineer in Feb 1999. My goal is to make each of my customers the best in their industry. I have been deeply involved in the design and installation of many multi-million dollar contracts. I am completely involved with the initial call, CAD design, plant layout, system proposal, development of bill of materials, schedule management, field project management, system startup and debug. My technical area of expertise focuses on developing hybrid automated material handling systems that combine advanced information systems, superior material handling technology and sound operational management to execute customer's strategic business goals.
