My Experience
I love the ecxitement and challenge of being at an install and getting a piece of equipment into a building and in the right position.The ultimate goal obviously is to see satisfied customers when we fire a system up, get the bugs out and leave them running it on their own. I enjoy what I get to do on a day to day basis from cutting steel one day to helping out in welding, electrical, layout etc. the next. Everyday could be something different which keeps my job fresh.
Working at Bastian
I enjoy working with my hands making parts and the different duties and experiences I have with BMH. I also like seeing our machines do what they were built to do after they leave our building.
Why do customers come back to me?
I try to understand their problem and do whatever I can to fix it within my capabilities.
A little bit about myself
I have been married to my lovely wife Michelle for 16 years. We have a 16 year old son named Cody and a 2 year old canine son named Lou. I have a two-wheeled addiction of the bicycle nature. BMX is my first love but mountain bikes are more my speed these days. I really enjoy spending time with my family.

Project work I am most proud of
Helping to get a system running at a soda distribution center. We pushed through some issues with that project and were very successful. Most importantly I am proud of the fact that our group of guys in the shop always seem to pull the job off even though we do not always get a lot of time to do that.
