My Experience
At Bastian Solutions, requirements gathering, design, QA and customer support are all facets of my job. I enjoy working with the customers throughout this process in order to create a solution that works for everyone.
Working at Bastian
It is very much a team mentality at ASAP. Everyone supports their coworkers however they can. That, combined with the everyday challenges we face, make this a very fulfilling and fun environment in which to work.
Why do customers come back to me?
Customers continue to come back for help with new projects and upgrades because we are very flexible and willing to work with them on changes they request. We develop relationships with our customers and establish a partnership in which customers can trust.
A little bit about myself
Outside of work, I enjoy playing volleyball in adult leages, playing piano and violin, training/taming my dog and spending time with my fiancée, family and friends.
Project work I am most proud of
On multiple systems, I have been involved with the design of the reporting capabilities and all printed materials created for the system. Also, I have enjoyed working with the customer on the design of a Put-To-Light system, as well as automated Weight Check systems.
