Since joining the Bastian Solutions team as a Sales Consultant in 2005 I've enjoyed the opportunities to help my customers improve and expand their businesses through the application of advanced technology.

The best part of working for ASAP is watching our customers benefit from the application of our systems. Our customers businesses are their lives and to be able to help them improve their businesses in the ways that we can is very fulfilling.
Why do customers come back to me?
ASAP provides excellent customer support, be it directly through our support team or through their salesperson. We take the time to understand their business, not just during the main sales cycle but as it changes later on so that we can help them identify other areas in which we can provide value.
A little bit about myself
I'm an active member in the Sports Car Club of America, racing at local autocross events on the weekends. When I'm not out racing or in the garage working on my cars I like to read, run, build computers and cook.

Project work I am most proud of
One of my customers was looking to upgrade their controls system, but also keep their existing Pick-To-Light system. When it was found that they could not re-use the existing hardware, we were able to provide them a new Pick-To-Light system and as a part of that new system, mimic the original functionality so that the operators would not have to learn an entirely new system. The project went live very smoothly, and the customer never lost a day of productivity.
