My Experience
I originally held a position at Bastian Solutions in the quality assurance group. I now provide quality support to all Bastian customers as the Manager of the Support Group. I enjoy the interaction with the end users and feel a sense of accomplishment each time an issue is brought to resolution. My responsibilities include, but are not limited to, timely closure of support issues, customer site visits, supporting the remainder of the Bastian support technicians and assuring that we utilize the best tools and practices in order for Bastian to provide the best possible support to our customers.
Working at Bastian
I most enjoy my relationships with ASAP's customers and my co-workers. ASAP has a very hard working, determined and intelligent group of people and the knowledge that I have been able to gain working alongside them is irreplaceable. The ASAP team works very hard but we also know how to have a little fun now and then. I am proud to call my co-workers family.
Why do customers come back to me?
Our customers find comfort in the fact that I am dedicated to resolving their issues as quickly and efficiently as possible. If I do not know the answer I will dig until I get to the answer.
A little bit about myself
I have four children that are my pride and joy: John (22), Lauren (19), Blake (11) and Brandon (10). I enjoy spending time with family and friends having cookouts, singing karaoke or enjoying a relaxing weekend at the lake camping. My family and I take road trips on long weekends to see new sites and try to explore places and things that we have not yet had the opportunity to experience.
Project work I am most proud of
I had the opportunity to stand in as a Project Manager for one of ASAP's valued customers. During this period I was able to gain insight into our customer and our programs/processes that otherwise may not have been possible. This was a time of learning and growing for me and was a very rewarding challenge.
