I am responsible for human resource related activities including recruiting, training, benefits, employee relations and compensation. I have been able to make positive changes within the organization including enhancing benefits, increasing training grant money and helping to add people to a great team!

My husband and I live in Noblesville with our two wonderful little boys. We enjoy playing outside, traveling and spending time with friends and family.
