My Experience
In my nearly 20 years of service with BMH, I have been given the opportunity to work with numerous companies on many exciting projects. As a Senior Sales Engineer, I am responsible for interfacing with customers and aiding them in the purchase and implementation of the solutions necessary to meet their company needs. This position allows me to use my engineering background along with my salesmanship gained through years of industry experience.
Working at Bastian
I enjoy the freedom that is allotted me at BMH to use my skills in the best way to benefit the company. Whether it be sales, design, project management or site supervsion, I enjoy being involved with the different aspects of what BMH does. I also enjoy the people that I have the chance to work on a daily basis.
Why do customers come back to me?
Customers sense my trustworthiness and honesty, as well as my knowledge of the products and services of the material handling industry that I have gained over the last 20 years.
A little bit about myself
Without a doubt the best thing that has come from my 20 years with BMH is that I met my beautiful wife Shannon, who was also an employee back in those days. After 18 years of marriage we have three wonderful children. Sara is a 15 year old Freshman, Emily is an 11 year old 5th Grader and Mason is a 9 year old 3rd Grader. I fill what free time I have away from work trying to spend as much time as I can with family while being very involved at our church and coaching various sports teams for my kids.

I have been involved with many exciting projects in my time with Bastian. The entire list would be too long to mention but a few of the companies would include Navistar, Baker Taylor, NHK Seating, Gander Mountain, Ingersoll Rand, Fastenal and Donaldson Company.
