Conventional Palletizers & Automated Palletizing Equipment

Conventional palletizers are used to automated the pallet building (palletizing) process in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing facility. Depending upon the palletizer many differnt technologies could be employed to help you make the perfect pallet.

The creativity of our designs enables you to reduce installation costs, start-up costs, and reduce your lead time so the palletizer can start working for you sooner.

Conventional Palletizers In Material Handling Systems

High level Infeed Bag Palletizers

High level infeed bag palletizers provide you with precise bag handling through a unique system of turning crosses and belt conveyors. This system allows for desired bag orientation through gentle row placement.

Low Level Case Palletizers

Low level case palletizers offer the forming of multiple rows at one time thus greatly increasing the speed of palletizing operations over manual palletizing.

Gantry Palletizers

Bastian's gantry palletizer provides automatic palletization of cases, bags, pails, and drums from one or more packaging lines. It is designed to position product containers on pallets or slip sheets prior to storage.

Conventional Bulk Depalletizers

Conventional bulk depalletizers formed layers of product by gently pushing from four sides of multi-position conforming plates.

Palletizing Conveyor Passive Layer Former

Activated Roller Belt technology can be used to simply and automatically create pallet layers that can be presented to a palletizing robot. The concept uses a combination of an actuated case turner, and a specially configured Activated Roller Belt conveyor that precisely arranges packages to create a pallet layer.
