- Thirteen of Aeroquip’s distribution centers were consolidated down to two.
- To accommodate increased order volume, a new highly automated facility was built in Van Wert, Ohio.
- New facility serves as a “real time” buffer on the back-end of their manufacturing process.
- This buffer must be used for finished goods order picking and general assembly of new SKU’s.
