Let’s face it, material handling equipment, especially conveyors, typically have a lot of moving parts. Over time, just like anything else, these parts can fail. Usually the maintenance department has a spare handy but what about those parts that weren’t included in the last spare parts order? They can even see when the conveyor was made and who bought it, even if you aren’t the original owner.

- FO Number
- Serial Number, when a conveyor ships from Hytrol, a sticker, like the one above, is attached to the side rail. The FO # and Serial # are specific to that conveyor.
- Part-number with description. On some parts, the part number is stamped on a surface.
- Model of conveyor, example: Hytol Model TA
- Conveyor Type, i.e. belt driven, chain driven, gravity, etc
- Overall Width, since some parts are specific to the size of the conveyor
