ASAP Automation (BMH’s sister company) recently installed these amazing “Pacing Screens” at Japanese Food Corporation in California. These nifty pacing screens provide instant, real-time feedback directly to each picking operator on whether they are ahead, behind, or “on pace” while picking.
Citi Trends Fashion for Less distribution center utilized a very manual flow through process with little on-site storage other than work-in-progress.
