- Reuse as much of GameStop’s existing conveyor as possible.
- Keep electrical and controls costs and complexity to a minimum.
- Get product up and down from the upper pick module level in a small footprint area.

- Schedule conveyor mechanical and electrical installation in parallel with sorter installation.

Results
Approximately 90% of the existing conveyor was eventually reused, reducing GameStop’s initial investment. Successful integration of takeaway conveyor system with the GBI tilt-tray sorter sped up the receiving process of incoming materials.
