The Platinum Support Package is offered Free for a full year following a Bastian's material handling system implementation.
Platinum Support provides around the clock assistance, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, for mission critical operations.
Bastian understands your sense of urgency with your business and the Platinum Support Package is structured with this in mind. Platinum Supportprovides a primary, secondary, and tertiary contact, all from a single toll free phone number which is manned around the clock. These contacts are intimately familiar with your system and will provide immediate response if a problem occurs.
One unique advantage to the Platinum Support Package is that once engaged Bastian's support technicians will train system experts at your site to ensure the highest reliability and uptime. In an emergency these Bastian certified system operators will have already developed a relationship with the Bastian support line technicians. In our many years of experience we have discovered that this relationship plays once of the most critical roles in quickly identifying and resolving system issues.
The Gold Support Package
The Gold Support Package provides single shift material handling system coverage between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday (EST).
The Gold Support Package provides the same comprehensive support services as our Platinum Package to operations that don't require around the clock support helping you maximize the benefits of your material handling investment.
