How Custom Manufactured Pallet Conveyors Works
Pallet conveyors automate the movements of both empty pallets and full pallets. The empty pallets move quickly while full pallets are moved slowly to insure no load tipping. Pallet Conveyor heights are conducive to fork truck or manual loading/unloading operations.

CDLR (chain driven live roller)
- Regular Duty – less than 3000 lbs.
- Heavy Duty – 3,000 – 5,500 lbs.
- Extra Heavy Duty – 5,500 lbs. and up
Drag Chain Conveyor
- 2 – strand drag chain conveyor – for light loads
- 3 – strand drag chain conveyor – for medium to heavy loads
Two or Three –Strand Chain Transfer
CDLR incorporating 2 or 3 strand chain transfer which allows pallets to change direction 90 degrees
Pallet Turntable
CDLR or chain conveyor incorporated into a 360 degree rotating turntable. This allows a pallet to change orientation by any number of degrees.
