Spiral Chute Vertical Conveyor
Spiral Chutes is an economical vertical conveyor providing a safe, secure means of lowering product. The spiral chute vertical conveyor provides at least three times the floor savings over conventional decline conveyor. Also, the size of the chute allows it to be used in tight situations such as elevator shafts and other small spaces. Typically spiral chute vertical conveyor is constructed from steel or fiber glass depending upon the application.

Continuous Vertical Conveyor
Continuous vertical conveyor allows for efficient high speed vertical accumulation. The construction utilizes steel reinforced urethane belting in place of roller chain. The urethane belting is extremely resistant to oil, grease, and gasoline; chemically resistant to ozone and sunlight; hydrolysis resistant; acid and alkali resistant; and requires no lubrication. Parallel steel cables integrally molded in the urethane provide excellent tensile strength and high resistance to elongation.
Vertical Case Lift Conveyor
A vertical case lift conveyor raises or lowers cases, cartons, or other packages while occupying a minimum amount of floor space – much smaller than a spiral lift vertical conveyor. In addition vertical case lift conveyor can be fabricated from stainless steel for wash down applications. Due to the flight design, our vertical case lifts are preferred equipment at several leading food processing plants.
Package Handling Lift Vertical Conveyor
Package handling lift vertical conveyor moves materials between two or more levels. These lifts provide fast, safe lifting of small loads and packages. Package handling lift vertical conveyor features a counterweighted lifting mechanism for smooth, quiet, operation. Package handling lift vertical conveyor is ideal for high speed applications that require light duty lifting of boxes, cartons, packages, totes, containers, or cases.
Rubber Chain Continuous Lift Vertical Conveyor
Rubber chain continuous lift vertical conveyor can be adapted to suit most items for vertical/horizontal transport. Several arrangements of conveyor configurations are available to raise and lower vertically. Shrink wrapped packages, cardboard boxes, containers, part manufactured components, and unwrapped products are moved quickly, quietly, and safely. Rubber chain continuous lifts can operate at speeds up to 120 feet per minute and can accommodate loads up to 3300 lbs. and provide very quiet, smooth operation.
