TORBECK INDUSTRIES warrants that products manufactured by TORBECK INDUSTRIES shall for a period of one year be free of factory defects in materials and workmanship.
Our product warranty is limited to the replacement of parts of components for one-year beginning from the original date of shipment (freight on board at TORBECK INDUSTRIES). Defective TORBECK manufactured materials will be replaced when the purchaser provides proper documentation, proof of purchase, and/or prior written agreement. All claims and stipulations are subject to the discretion of TORBECK INDUSTRIES.
All components not manufactured by TORBECK INDUSTRIES will carry that individual component manufacturer’s factory warranty. Defects in parts and/or workmanship will be the sole responsibility and liability of those individual components’ manufacturer and are void of this warranty.
Warranty applied only if TORBECK manufactured products/components are installed using TORBECK INDUSTRIES instructions and specifications. TORBECK INDUSTRIES products must be used in accordance with the original purpose specified at the time of purchase.
Your new products’ transfer of title date begins freight on board at TORBECK INDUSTRIES. Any damages, missing parts, lost installation time, or additional expenses incurred because of problems in shipping or unloading of your product will NOT be covered under this warranty. Any discrepancies not noted on the SIGNED BILL OF LADING will be the sole responsibility of the SIGNEE/RECIPIENT. Appropriate action from the purchaser for freight damages, lost items or lost installation time, and extra expenses must be rectified with the freight company.
