Bastian Solutions warrants parts and labor for 1 year, as follows:

Bastian Solutions warrants the equipment and the work provided by Bastian Solutions to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service and when properly maintained by the end user for ONE CALENDAR YEAR from the date of shipment of the product.
Bastian Solutions shall not be responsible for normal wear, use of the equipment with corrosive or abrasive chemicals or in a corrosive or abrasive atmosphere, misuse or abuse of the equipment, or failure to perform normal maintenance.
Bastian Solutions shall hold no additional liability for this product being placed into service at or near potentially hazardous environment(s) and/or equipment.
If the end user modifies the equipment in any manner without Bastian’s prior written approval, the warranty will become null and void.
The equipment for sale online is of heavy duty, industrial-grade construction, with no additional provisions. The equipment is not supplied to any required or implied specification beyond what is mentioned within the online specifications.
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Bastian Solutions, the end user shall bear the expense of installation of any part furnished as a result of this warranty.
