V-Belt Driven Live Roller Conveyor - Curve
The v-belt driven live roller conveyor curve features a bed of rollers with a v-belt located underneath to provide the driving force. This conveyor comes as a 90, 60, 45 or 30 degree turn and can be self-driven or slaved to another conveyor. The rollers that make up the bed section are "pop-out" rollers for ease of maintenance and worker safety.
The v-belt driven live roller conveyor curve operates best in environments where dirt and or oil are at a minimal. It has been found that this conveyor handles hard to conveyor materials such as barreled or bundled products and awkwardly shaped items very well. However, soft items such as bagged products do not flow as well. This conveyor can be found in several industries including manufacturing, warehousing operations, publishing facilities, and retail.

This conveyor has 16 tapered rollers and 4 straight rollers. This conveyor is used in a wide variety of applications including:

Hytrol Conveyor Company, Inc. warrants that goods sold by Hytrol and shipped on or after January 1, 2003 will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of shipment, or 4,200 hours of operation, whichever occurs first. Hytrol’s sole obligation under this warranty shall be to repair or replace, at Hytrol’s option, FOB-Jonesboro, AR, any part or goods proving defective within the terms and period of this warranty. Buyer must provide Hytrol immediate written notice of the claimed defect, including a description of the goods, the defect, and the date of its discovery. Hytrol reserves the right to inspect the part or goods at the buyer’s location. Buyer shall bear responsibility for the cost of labor and other charges for removal of defective part or goods
