The Heavy Duty Slider Bed Belt conveyor features a simple design and rugged profile so that it can be used in areas of application that demand more weight capacity including totes, cartons, parts, and odd shaped items. The Heavy Duty Slider Bed Belt Conveyor is available in three belt widths for wide products, reversible when configured with a center drive, and is easy to install and configure. The Heavy Duty Slider Bed Belt Conveyor also features a metal bed that the belt rides along to provide smooth transportation of shock sensitive materials or to facilitate progressive assembly, sorting and packing, or inspection. It can also be used in an incline application with the use of the adjustable floor supports and/or ceiling supports.

Applications:

This conveyor is good for progressive assembly; sorting, and packing; inspection; inclines and declines. This conveyor is not recommended for use with bulk materials (i.e. powders) or light weight materials.
