This medium duty conveyor features a direct chain to roller connection that allows position traction within less than ideal environments that belt driven conveyors would not be able to properly function. The 1.9in 9 Gauge rollers are along 4in-6in spacing, with the 7 Gauge steel frame, allows capacities to reach 150 lbs per foot with 10 foot support spacing or 250 lbs per foot with five foot support spacing.

The Pallet Handling Chain Driven Live Roller Conveyor 1.99" Rollers is ideally suited for applications where belt driven live roller conveyors would not be suitable due to the environmental conditions. Examples include manufacturing processes where parts may be oily preventing belts from driving the rollers. The rollers are positively driven with chains roll to roll and therefore the drive is not affected by oily conditions. This conveyor can be converted to minimum pressure with the addition of roller sleeves.
Guarantee
Hytrol Conveyor Company, Inc. warrants that goods sold by Hytrol and shipped on or after January 1, 2003 will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of shipment, or 4,200 hours of operation, whichever occurs first. Hytrol’s sole obligation under this warranty shall be to repair or replace, at Hytrol’s option, FOB-Jonesboro, AR, any part or goods proving defective within the terms and period of this warranty. Buyer must provide Hytrol immediate written notice of the claimed defect, including a description of the goods, the defect, and the date of its discovery. Hytrol reserves the right to inspect the part or goods at the buyer’s location. Buyer shall bear responsibility for the cost of labor and other charges for removal of defective part or goods
