Hytrol 190LRSS Accumulating Minimum Pressure Conveyor
Minimum Pressure V-belt Straight Spur 1.9" Rollers
This minimum pressure spur features 1.9” diameter rollers which are driven by a v-belt that allows 2% product back pressure. This low back pressure allows product to accumulate back-to-back without exerting a large amount of weight on each other. This spur offers the option to be “slave-driven” by a section of straight conveyor with an end-mounted drive. The rollers feature large bearings that allow for higher attainable carton flow rates and future expansion.
The minimum pressure V-belt spur is mainly used to merge straight sections of conveyors together that might be coming or going to case pack, empty box return, or picks areas found within warehousing applications. This section of conveyor comes as a 30 or 45 degree angle and can be left or right handed, to function as a take-away or induction conveyor. Because of these features, this spur is often used in conjunction with sortation technology to provide a path away or to the main sorting line. Similar sized product travels very well with minimum product orientation loss. This spur can primarily be found in food, bottling, canning, and retail industries where medium to large cartons are used.
