Floor Level Pallet Lift
The Floor Level Pallet Lift is designed to be used with hand pallet trucks to easily deposit and retrieve pallets of product. This unit is powered by an internal hydraulic system that allows capacity to range from 2,500 – 4,000lbs with platform sizes ranging from 40”x48” to 52”x48”. The lift is controlled by a foot switch or push button depending on customer preference. As mentioned, the Floor Level Pallet Lift’s platform is flush with the shop floor so a hand pallet truck can roll up onto the platform to deposit and retract pallets. From there, the user can control the vertical position of the pallet work surface to achieve the ideal height for pallet loading and unloading from all sides thanks to the narrow side and back panels. The lift times will vary depending on the pallet load and the down-speed time has a fixed flow control to insure product and workers aren’t injured by a sudden drop in pallet position. This unit also features a photo-eye near the entrance to the work platform for toe protection. The Floor Level Pallet Lift does not need to be secured to the shop floor nor is it to be used for wash-down applications.

Specifications
The floor level pallet lift lowers to floor height so pallets can be rolled on and off with a hand pallet truck. The lift is then easily adjusted to maintain an ideal ergonomic height for manual loading and unloading. The floor level pallet lift does not need to be secured to the shop floor.

Southworth Products Corp. warrants this product to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 2 YEARS of single shift usage from date of shipment, providing claim is made in writing within that time period. This warranty shall not cover modified designs for special applications, failure or defective operation caused by misuse, misapplication, negligence or accident, exceeding recommended capacities, failure to perform required maintenance or altering or repairing, unless alteration is authorized by Southworth Products Corp. Except as set forth herein, there are no other warranties, express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, all of which are hereby excluded. Southworth Products Corp. makes no warranty or representation with respect to the compliance of any product with state or local safety or product standard codes, and any failure to comply with such codes shall not be considered a defect of material or workmanship under this warranty. Southworth Products Corp. shall not be liable for any direct or consequential damages arising out of such noncompliance. Southworth Products Corp’s obligation under this warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of defective components at its factory or another location at Southworth Products Corp’s. discretion. This is buyer’s sole remedy.
