Description
The Zero Pressure 24 volt DC Live Roller Conveyor is a newly introduced model. This conveyor features 24V DC motors that form zero pressure accumulation zones when used in conjunction with the Electronic Logic System. The 24 volt DC motor was specifically designed for the material handling industry. It contains only three moving parts, which makes it low maintenance and its quiet since it is a brushless, gearless solution. The motor fits within the frame rails of the conveyor so there are no over-hanging motors or gear boxes to worry about. Because of this, the Zero Pressure 24V DC Live Roller Conveyor lends itself very well to low elevation installations. The motor is housed in an aluminum casing that dissipates heat very rapidly. Because of all these key design features, this 24V DC motor has a life expectancy of 14 years operating 24/7.
To drive the zones, a center roller is connected to a newly design spool that is directly connected to the 24V motor. From that center roller, the rest of the zone rollers are slaved together using O-Rings. To increase or decrease the conveyor speed, one only has to change this spool.
All of these features combined make this conveyor the perfect solution for a number of applications. It was actually the need for a newer, quieter conveying solution in the postal industry that was the driving force behind this new design. The conveyor also lends itself very nicely to the electronics industry where clean room applications can be found, as well as public installations where consumer or worker safety is concerned.

Hytrol Conveyor Company, Inc. warrants that goods sold by Hytrol and shipped on or after January 1, 2003 will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of shipment, or 4,200 hours of operation, whichever occurs first. Hytrol’s sole obligation under this warranty shall be to repair or replace, at Hytrol’s option, FOB-Jonesboro, AR, any part or goods proving defective within the terms and period of this warranty. Buyer must provide Hytrol immediate written notice of the claimed defect, including a description of the goods, the defect, and the date of its discovery. Hytrol reserves the right to inspect the part or goods at the buyer’s location. Buyer shall bear responsibility for the cost of labor and other charges for removal of defective part or goods
