The Zero Pressure Accumulating Live Roller Conveyor is a flat belt driven conveyor with the Electronic Logic System applied to allow Zero Pressure Accumulation in various zone lengths. The Electronic Logic System allows this conveyor to operate in three different modes to meet your current and future conveying through-put needs.The Zero Pressure Accumulating Zones range in length from 12” up to 36” to fit a wide variety of products including cardboard boxes, plastic totes, as well as assembly pallets. There is no minimum weight requirement and up 150 pounds per foot for maximum product weight. Because of this flexibility, the Zero Pressure Accumulating Live Roller Conveyor can be found in a number of industries including Packaging/Distribution, Assembly, and Manufacturing.The Electronic Logic System utilizes a simple in-field wiring system to allow ease of expansion or replacement if need be. This system also allows the conveyor to enter a sleep mode when the conveyor is not in use to lower noise levels as well as reduce wear on rollers and then automatically wake up when a product presents itself.
Hytrol Conveyor Company, Inc. warrants that goods sold by Hytrol and shipped on or after January 1, 2003 will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of shipment, or 4,200 hours of operation, whichever occurs first. Hytrol’s sole obligation under this warranty shall be to repair or replace, at Hytrol’s option, FOB-Jonesboro, AR, any part or goods proving defective within the terms and period of this warranty. Buyer must provide Hytrol immediate written notice of the claimed defect, including a description of the goods, the defect, and the date of its discovery. Hytrol reserves the right to inspect the part or goods at the buyer’s location. Buyer shall bear responsibility for the cost of labor and other charges for removal of defective part or goods
