Description
The flexible gravity skatewheel conveyor is a very versatile piece of equipment when it comes to material handling. This conveyor can expand up to 4 times its retracted size to fit into different areas of a facility. The construction features 1.25 in wide aluminum side plates, structural supports across the full width of the conveyor, 5” diameter casters, and all bolted components. These structural components allow the flexible gravity skatewheel conveyor to handle up to 200 linear pounds of product. Adjustable leg supports allow for an elevation difference between the conveyor ends to provide a slope for product flow along.
The flexible gravity skatewheel conveyor can be utilized in several different industries such manufacturing, postal services, warehousing and distribution, as well as cross-docking applications where quick truck load and unload times are needed. With the ability to expand up to 4 times the contracted length, and the with the use of the casters, this conveyor can be very mobile so that it can be used and then stored in a relatively small space, out of the way, until it is needed again.

Best Conveyors will replace, free of charge, parts that are damaged during the course of normal operation due to material or workmanship defects. This warranty extends for a period of two (2) years on all mechanical components and one (1) year on all electrical components (measured from the date you took possession of your conveyor). This warranty does not cover damage due to accident, misuse, abuse and negligence. This warranty does not cover damage due to improper operation or maintenance, connection to improper voltage supply, or attempted repair/modification by anyone other than authorized Best Conveyors service personnel.
