The built-in turntable is essentially flush to the table platform in a clean, uncluttered design. The turntable bearings and support are under the platform and do not substantially increase the lowered height over that of comparable lifts without turntables. The turntable sits only 3/16" higher than the surrounding platform and is rotationally locked when the lift is in the full down position. Flush Mount turntable lifts are available in standard Backsaver Lift capacities to 4000 lbs.
Option may require oversized top and de-rates the capacity of the lift by 300-500 lbs. May affect lead time and is not suitable for washdown applications

Normally, the sides of a scissors lift platform are straight. This side or “skirt” helps give the platform rigidity and strength. When the lift is lowering, the straight skirt can become a shear or pinch point if it lowers adjacent to a structure or into a pit.The bevel toeguard does require some changes be made to the lift in order to accommodate the option. Those changes are as follows: The minimum size platform must be increased by 4” per edge (8” total) to allow the platform skirt to clear the legs and baseframe as it slants inward. The low height of the lift must be increased to a minimum of 8” to accommodate the length of the Bevel Toe Guard. Also the power unit becomes external from the lift to ease maintenance and lifting eyes are provided to aid installation in the pit.

Description
Backsaver Lifts are rugged and proven machines with years of use in several industries and applications. These units feature low pressure hydraulics for safe operation and maintenance as well as other safety features such as built-in maintenance chocks, heavy-duty braided hoses for burst protection, and safety yellow wear stripping on the table top. These lifts are known to be used for work positioning, machine feeding, assembly, order picking, pallet loading, and ergonomic solutions. These units use electrically driven hydraulic cylinders to provide the lifting force which can range from 2,000-12,000 pounds depending on the model. Table top sizes and lift heights are many to fit any applications that might arise.

Southworth Products Corp. warrants this product to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 2 YEARS of single shift usage from date of shipment, providing claim is made in writing within that time period. This warranty shall not cover modified designs for special applications, failure or defective operation caused by misuse, misapplication, negligence or accident, exceeding recommended capacities, failure to perform required maintenance or altering or repairing, unless alteration is authorized by Southworth Products Corp. Southworth Products Corp. makes no warranty or representation with respect to the compliance of any product with state or local safety or product standard codes, and any failure to comply with such codes shall not be considered a defect of material or workmanship under this warranty.
