Description
Bastian Solutions is proud to announce the next generation of zero pressure belt accumulating conveyor. This brand new, low profile conveyor utilizes a 24 VDC brushless drive motor, which makes for a very energy efficient conveyor. The conveyor consists of a series of belted zones that interact with one another to accomplish zero pressure accumulation.
- Real time diagnostics, variable speed, force run/stop, direction, and zone control can be controlled through iPhone App, PC or PLC
- Accumulates up inclines and down declines up to 20°
- 40% energy reduction over a standard conveyor (based on 1/2 HP motor running continuously)
- Extremely quiet operations, less than 58 db (60db = normal conversation)
- Conveys very small (3" width x 4" length) to very large products simultaneously
- Low profile 4" aluminum extruded side channels
- Product jams and side-by-side products are eliminated with a premium belt surface
- Exceptionally reliable and rated for over 10 years Mean Time Before Failure (MTBF)
- Dynamic zoning capability
- System installation and maintenance costs reduced by using same Ethernet IP for all supporting devices

Unless otherwise noted, Bastian Solutions standard Terms and Conditions shall apply.
Bastian Solutions warrants parts and labor for 1 year, as follows:
- Bastian Solutions warrants the equipment and the work provided by Bastian Solutions to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service and when properly maintained by the end user for ONE CALENDAR YEAR from the date of shipment of the product.
- Bastian Solutions shall not be responsible for normal wear, use of the equipment with corrosive or abrasive chemicals or in a corrosive or abrasive atmosphere, misuse or abuse of the equipment, or failure to perform normal maintenance.
- Bastian Solutions shall hold no additional liability for this product being placed into service at or near potentially hazardous environment(s) and/or equipment.
- If the end user modifies the equipment in any manner without Bastian’s prior written approval, the warranty will become null and void.
- The equipment for sale online is of heavy duty, industrial-grade construction, with no additional provisions. The equipment is not supplied to any required or implied specification beyond what is mentioned within the online specifications.
- Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Bastian Solutions, the end user shall bear the expense of installation of any part furnished as a result of this warranty.
