Unless otherwise noted, Bastian Materials Handling (BMH) standard Terms and Conditions shall apply.

Bastian Material Handling warrants parts and labor for 1 year, as follows:

• BMH warrants the equipment and the work provided by BMH to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service and when properly maintained by the end user for ONE CALENDAR YEAR from the date of shipment of the product.
  
  
• BMH shall not be responsible for normal wear, use of the equipment with corrosive or abrasive chemicals or in a corrosive or abrasive atmosphere, misuse or abuse of the equipment, or failure to perform normal maintenance.
  
  
• Bastian Material Handling shall hold no additional liability for this product being placed into service at or near potentially hazardous environment(s) and/or equipment.
  
  
• If the end user modifies the equipment in any manner without BMH’s prior written approval, the warranty will become null and void.
  
  
• The equipment for sale online is of heavy duty, industrial-grade construction, with no additional provisions. The equipment is not supplied to any required or implied specification beyond what is mentioned within the online specifications.
  
  
• Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by BMH, the end user shall bear the expense of installation of any part furnished as a result of this warranty.
