24 Volt DC Conveyors

Typical roller accumulation conveyors do not work well with small or hard to convey product, as the rollers create gaps the product can fall into. For this reason, the ZiPline belt conveyor has a huge advantage in conveyor operations.

The Zero Pressure 24 volt DC Live Roller Conveyor is a newly introduced model. This conveyor features 24V DC motors that form zero pressure accumulation zones when used in conjunction with the Electronic Logic System. The 24 volt DC motor was specifically designed for the material handling industry. It contains only three moving parts, which makes it low maintenance and its quiet since it is a brushless, gearless solution. The motor fits within the frame rails of the conveyor so there are no over-hanging motors or gear boxes to worry about. Because of this, the Zero Pressure 24V DC Live Roller Conveyor lends itself very well to low elevation installations. The motor is housed in an aluminum casing that dissipates heat very rapidly. Because of all these key design features, this 24V DC motor has a life expectancy of 14 years operating 24/7.
