New design features durable, non-corrosive engineered thermoplastics to give long lasting performance in the toughest environments. Virtually maintenance free operation. Engages with foot pressure. One size fits 3 1/2”, 4” and 5” wheels. Capacity up to 325 lbs.

Precision Medium Duty Side Lock Caster Wheel Brake

New Side Lock brake provides positive braking action on all types of wheels. Special cam activated brake mechanism locks firmly and is easy to engage and disengage. Available for all Precision Medium Duty Caster wheel sizes. Capacity up to 325 lbs.

Super Medium DutyTread Lock Caster Wheel Brake

Gives positive braking action on all types of wheels by engaging a rubber brake shoe directly against the tread surface of the wheel. A self-compensating spring maintains the effectiveness of the brake throughout the life of the wheel. Thread guards can be used. Brake pedals are rugged. Capacity up to 400 lbs.

Industrial Grade Side Lock Caster Wheel Brake

Places a positive locking force against the wheel hub to hold loads securely. Larger foot pedal makes brake easier to operate and provides better foot placement. Can be actuated from either end of the pedal for greater convenience. Available on all Industrial Grade Casters with 2” tread width wheels equipped with roller bearings. Capacity up to 900 lbs.

Constructed of durable, light-weight engineered thermoplastics. Ideally suited for wet or corrosive conditions. Toe operation holds heavy loads securely. Holds a variety of wheel types. Industrial Grade- Super Heavy Duty Tread Lock Caster Wheel Brake

Available on Industrial Grade Casters Pressweld and Super Heavy Duty Coldforged casters. This adjustable brake can be installed in the field or ordered assembled onto the caster. The toe activated brake features positive engagement via rubber face plate. Not available on V-Groove wheel models or 2 1/2” tread width wheels. Capacity up to 1,500 lbs.
