STANDARD CONTROLS PRODUCTS

ExactaSort™
Controls software to manage high speed merging, gapping, and sortation on a wide variety of sortation technologies. Exacta Sort™ sortation software is designed to maximize sorting to multiple divert locations. Exacta Sort™ can be used in a variety of high speed sortation technologies such as shoe sorters, pushers, cross-belts, tilt trays, etc. Exacta Sort™ provides real time sortation statistics by divert lane with operator productivity.

Event Director™
Event Director™ is designed to produce customized alerts that can be emailed or call a cell phone based on systemic or operational parameters. This ensures that the right people can respond quickly to ever changing system parameters.

ExactaManager™
ExactaManager is a real time digital dashboard showing customized performance parameters.
Remote Diagnostics
Any system fault is immediately logged to the fault history and alerts are generated based on the severity of the alarm. The logged diagnostics provide for longer term trend analysis of system performance often overlooked in day to day operations.

Integrated web video
BMH Controls offers integrated video with cameras that record up to 24 hours of activity in key system areas. Monitoring provides quality images and streaming video to keep a close eye on your operation and systems. Web based monitoring can also be used internally for marketing technical capabilities of distribution centers.
Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs)
Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs) are the main interface between the operator and the control system. BMH Controls offer world-class Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs) with easy to use color coded diagnostics. Our HMIs provide real time statistics, graphical 3D views, and extended flexibility with remote locations.
