Gravity Conveyor

Gravity conveyors move products without motor power by using a slope to convey product. Wheels or rollers are placed in steel or aluminum channel frames. Gravity conveyor is less expensive than powered conveyor and it can provide minimum pressure accumulation (where the product lightly touches).

Gravity Skatewheel Conveyor

Gravity skatewheel is ideal for settign up temporary conveyor lines in warehousing activities, shipping departments, assembly areas, etc. Gravity skatehweel conveyor allows for accumluation at minimum decline angles (less than gravity roller). Gravity skatewheel conveyors are good for any item with a smooth, flat bottom. Items typically flow easier on a skatewheel conveyor versus a roller conveyor. Gravity skatewheel conveyor is not recommended for use with unevenly loaded totes and can maintain product orientation. Gravity skatewheel conveyor allows for better product flow on longer lengths of gravity conveyor.
