Chain driven live roller pallet conveyor
Chain driven live roller pallet conveyor is typically useful where the pallet bottom boards are parallel to the direction of travel and the moderate friction is appropriate where a pallet must be positioned for robotic interface. Typical rollers are 2 ½ inch diameter on 3 ¼ inch centers in a heavy duty painted frame. Motors may be set high or low. A heavy duty model is also available.
Drag chain pallet conveyor
Drag chain pallet conveyor is useful for pallets with bottom boards perpendicular to travel. The chain type will vary based on load weight. Likewise wearstrips may be UHMW or steel depending upon the application. When equipped with the special accumulation module, drag chain pallet conveyors allow pallets to accumulate with zero back pressure. This greatly reduces the possibility of collisions that could result in product damage. Drag chain pallet conveyors better handle irregular or damaged pallets.
