Heavy Duty Impact Doors
This impact door is the toughest, strongest model. The heavy duty impact door can withstand any industrial application. Safety is a priority with the high-impact resistant HTP lower panels and crystal clear upper portion. May be used in heavy forklift, pedestrian, or hand cart traffic.
- Crystal clear .275 (7mm) primary panels.
- Textured, high impact resistant, gray HTP (.093) bumpers located on lower portion of panels for increased durability. Cherry-mate rivets join the 3-ply impact area for a total thickness of 1⁄2".
- Full length galvanized vertical frame of 13 or 11 gauge wall thickness depending on overall door size. No special jamb reinforcements required as approximately 85% of panel weight is supported by floor surface.
- Adjustable torsion spring closing mechanism assures 180° swing capability on an even plane.
- Finished impact door panels may be field trimmed up to 2" in height and 4" in width. Consult factory for other custom size.
