These standard and heavy duty impact doors can withstand much abuse from motorized equipment as well as pedestrian traffic in all types of material handling environments. Because of their durability, these doors are very popular in many types of warehousing or distribution centers.

  • Clear-zinc coated gravity type hinges with full 180° swing capability.
  • Tough PVC primary panel enclosed by tear and abrasion resistant textured HTP. Cherry-mate rivets join the 3-ply fabrication. Standard model thickness is 5⁄16" while the Heavy-Duty is 3⁄8".
  • Window sizes are 17" x 24" bi-parting or 15" x 19" single panels.
  • Finished door panels may be field modified 1" in height and 11⁄2" in width. Consult factory for custom sizes.
  • Not recommended in applications where door jamb thicknesses are greater than 5".
