Robotic De-Palletizing

Automating the depalletizing of incoming material or containers can be accomplished by conventional or robotic means. BMH Robotics can provide solutions for both. Depending on the size, weight, throughput and physical characteristics of the product being handled, we can recommend which method would be best for eliminating the ergonomic, safety and labor intensive issues associated with manual depalletizing.
BMH Robotic's De-Palletizing Solutions eliminates manual depalletizing and helps you reduce ergonomic issues, labor and product handling costs while increasing throughput and product consistency.
How Robotic De-Palletizers Work
Either mechanically or robotically incoming pallets of products are sorted and arranged in the orientation upstream equipment needs them. Incoming products can be picked individually or in multiples by a robot EoAT or bulk dumped and sorted mechanically, depending on durability and throughput requirements.
Robotic De-Palletizer Configurations
- Standard or custom end of arm tooling on one or multiple robots picking from pallets and placing on production equipment
- Sortation and specialty conveyor used to orient and position products fed onto production equipment for further processing
Robotic De-Palletizer Benefits
