We recommend only the most appropriate and cost effective solutions. A cost benefit
analysis will be performed at this stage.
- Estimate System Costs - For all equipment, systems and facility alterations Bastian will define investment, installation, operating and maintenance costs.
- Economic Analysis Methodology - Each client has different methods of performing economic analysis. Bastian will review with your company’s specific economic guidelines, approved approaches for savings, policy on depreciation and corporate taxes. Areas of analysis include, but are not limited to: labor reduction, moving of shift start and end times for more efficient operations, and better use of labor with respect to burden rates.
- Perform Economic Analysis – Bastian will perform an economic analysis on the basis of the methodology defined in the above task. Areas of analysis to include, but not limited to labor reduction, moving of shift start and end times for more efficient operations, and better use of labor with respect to burden rates.
- Perform Qualitative Analysis – Bastian will perform final qualitative analysis on the basis of the established evaluation criteria discussed under Stage 5.
- Present Draft Final Report –Bastian will present the draft final report to you and obtain suggestions for improving content and presentation. This will also include a discussion regarding a potential implementation timetable.
