Stage 8: Final Report
A final report is prepared covering assumptions, requirements, and analysis as
well as alternative system concepts and recommendations.
- Develop Implementation Plan – Bastian will establish a detailed plan for a stepwise implementation to achieve minimal disruption of existing operations.
- Prepare Proposal Drawings – Bastian will update the drawings to reflect the most current changes as a result of client preferences and the constraints of the implementation plan.
- Prepare Final Report – Bastian will prepare final report with focus on the Executive Summary and Implementation Plan.
- Deliver Final Presentation – Bastian will deliver final report and presentation to client.
