Support Plans
Bastian Solutions maintains a full time staff of product programmers, product installation technicians, and product Help Desk technicians to sustain your operation. The Bastian Customer Support Program (CSP) offers two support options:
Gold support plan offers coverage from 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday.
Platinum support plan offers coverage 24 hours a day 365 days a year.
With either of these plans, a special phone number is provided that routes your call to our on call support technician. To guarantee that you will receive a timely response, Bastian has escalation procedures in place in the unlikely event that our main on call support technician is unavailable.
