Bastian Solutions Expands Its Management Team in Canada

Nick_Klein_fullMississauga, ON, CAN – Bastian Solutions, a Toyota Advanced Logistics company, has expanded its management team with the addition of Nick Klein, who joins as Director of Business Development and Sales for Bastian Solutions Canada.

Nick comes to Bastian Solutions with more than 25 years of material handling industry experience. At the start of his career, his focus included the design, project management and sales of product sorting systems. In 2000, he came to Canada as part of the SSI Schaefer team, transitioning from sales to general manager where he helped to establish an automated system division. In his most recent roles, Nick was District Sales Manager and eventually Director of Business Development and Sales at Dematic.

“Our Canada offices have seen tremendous success in recent years with customers such as HBC and Richelieu to name a few,” said Greg Conner, Vice President of Global Sales for Bastian Solutions. “With Nick’s vast industry experience, we look forward to continued expansion and to better support our growing network of current and future customers throughout the country.”

In his new role, Nick will support the Canadian sales team in developing new opportunities, increasing brand awareness and building stronger relationships with sister companies under the Toyota umbrella.
