In his role of logistics consultant, Mr. Pechauer will initiate, support, and execute sales and consulting opportunities on behalf of Bastian Solutions.
With more than 10 years’ experience, Mr. Pechauer brings a high level of industry knowledge and project management experience. He has successfully won and managed multimillion dollar projects in which he was responsible for key performance metrics throughout the project’s lifespan. In previous roles, Mr. Pechauer worked as a project manager at United Parcel Service (UPS) in Louisville, Kentucky, and a manufacturing engineer at Visteon Automotive in Sandusky, Ohio.
At Bastian Solutions, Mr. Pechauer will use his strong background in mechanical engineering and project management skills to design elegant solutions that will best meet clients’ needs.
In addition to his industry experience, Mr. Pechauer has taken professional development courses in lean manufacturing, strategic planning, quality (ISO, QS), succession planning, and strategic outsourcing. Mr. Pechauer has also completed the Harvard Business College, Executive Education, “Harvard Manage Mentor” program.
