Shoe Sorter Rendering

ZiPline Shoe Sorter

Our ZiPline shoe sorter will make its debut at ProMat 2017. With the ability to fire diverts with only one shoe between products, and with the slats located on 5” centers, our ZiPline shoe sorter is capable of highly dense accumulation. This means it does not need to run at high speeds to meet rate, minimizing wear to components as well as increasing product longevity and time between maintenance.

Augmented Reality Picking with HoloLens

Augmented reality picking uses smart glasses to merge virtual images and information with an operator's surrounding environment.

The operator wears the glasses, follows the commands given, and scans product barcodes all within the glasses' display. The combination of real-world and virtual information provides speed and accuracy beyond previous warehouse picking technologies.
