Garmin's old system required two shifts of 20 employees to work 8 hours, while the new system only requires one 10 hour shift of 7-8 employees

The Bastian Solutions system has allowed Garmin to automate the majority of their manual operations and maximize employee efficiency

The new system allows for additional accumulation and two additional fluid load lanes, which will help Garmin achieve annual growth goals for the next five years
