Bastian Solutions Named One of the Best Places to Work in Indiana 2024

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE — Bastian Solutions, a Toyota Advanced Logistics company, is excited to announce they have been honored as a ‘Best Place to Work’ for 2024 in Indiana.

BPTWIN-Logo-2024“It’s an absolute honor to be awarded the Best Places to Work award for a fourth year. This recognition would not be possible without our employees’ efforts, and I very much value the trust, collaboration and shared purpose that is demonstrated daily by the Bastian team,” said Aaron Jones, President & CEO of Bastian Solutions.

This year marks the 19th edition for the Indiana Chamber of Commerce initiative. Bastian is proud to be among many industries, from across the state, represented and one of 193 businesses recognized for this impressive award.
Selected from a two-part survey process, employers are asked to fill out an in-depth questionnaire about their company, while employees are asked to take a survey. The data collected allows for direct information and honest feedback about the workplace.

The award submissions will be further evaluated across a wide variety of topics, including company culture, management effectiveness, perks and fostering employee growth to determine overall score and ranking for each company. The rankings will be unveiled May 8 at an awards event presented by trueU.
