Bulk Depalletizing

Conventional Depalletizing

Conventional bulk depalletizers are constructed of rugged, modular components that provide years of trouble-free performance and productivity. Total automatic operation at speeds up to 240 layers per hour and power saving automatic shut down ensure a quick return on investment. A small footprint designed by separating the infeed and pallet handling systems from the main frame allows for placement where space is limited. Operators also have easy access from the platform.

Modular components allow for easy upgrading when future needs require additional full load configurations or options. Load squaring doors and expanding shrouds are used for load containment. The system also includes tier sheet/chipboard grippers, tier sheet/chipboard and top picture frame bin, pneumatic system for removing top picture frames, infeed full pallet load conveyor, and empty pallet discharge conveyor.

How Bulk Depalletizers Work

Pallet conveyor can be used to bring full pallets into the unloading side of the bulk depalletizer. Incoming containers can be induced in bulk or from cartons, shippers or other containers. Containers are then sorted and conveyed in the proper sequence for upstream processing.

Features & Benefits

  • Accepts full 44" x 56" pallet loads with the wide side of the pallet leading
  • Small footprint for multiple line palletizing
  • Multiple carriages allow for high throughputs
  • Simple integration with standard layer formers for full layer palletizing
  • Full layer Depalletizing capabilities
  • Easily expandable to meet future palletizing needs

  • Reduce or eliminate manual labor requirements
  • Increase throughput or line speed
  • Reduce ergonomic issues
  • Increase overall equipment efficiency
