How It Works

ML2-warehouse-autonomous-vehicle-AMR-with-custom-topperThe ML2 Mini Load AV is small in size but can accommodate a wide array of tasks and payload needs. It transports loads to designated stops, pick ups and drop off points. A key feature is the modular payload deck configuration options. The ML2 can be fitted with:

  • Towing pin
  • Powered conveyor
  • Lift table
  • Lift and rotate
  • Custom engineered appliances

In addition to being physically flexible, the ML2 is also adaptable. It features full fleet software connectivity and monitoring systems, as well as a robust controls architecture. Using natural features navigation, this the ML2 uses LiDAR scanners to identify features in its environment and match them to a virtual map to determine its location and move along its programmed paths to designated pick up and drop off points.

Some of the many warehouse applications it can be employed in, include:

  • Small lot delivery to line side
  • Pick and place to P&D (pickup and delivery) stands
  • Picking and sortation
  • Assembly line
  • Manufacturing and distribution

  • Compact, highly maneuverable size
  • Navigates tight spaces easily
  • 360-degree view
  • Travels at full speed in both forward and backward directions
  • Automatic charging
  • Monitoring systems
  • Accommodates various payload deck configurations (AV toppers)
  • CAT 3 safety system

  • Weight Capacity: Up to 200 kg (440 lbs.)
  • Maximum Travel Speed: 1.8 m/s
  • Guidance Method: Natural features navigation via LIDAR
  • Steering Method: Independent drive suspension system with true ZTR (zero turn radius) to maintain consistent traction over various floor conditions
  • Power Source: Lithium-ion battery, automatic charging
