ML2 AV | Autonomous Vehicles

The ML2 Mini Load AV is small in size but can accommodate a wide array of tasks and payload needs. It transports 200-kilogram loads to designated stops, pickups and drop off points at the full speed of 1.8 meters per second – no derating required. A key feature is the modular payload deck configuration, which can be fitted with numerous engineered to order standard and custom appliances. 

In addition to being physically flexible, the ML2 is also adaptable. Equipped with natural features navigation, the ML2 uses LiDAR scanners to identify features in its environment and match them to a virtual map to determine its location and move along its programmed paths to designated pick up and drop off points. Turn signals, located at each of the four corners of the vehicle, denote which direction the vehicle will be traveling to increase safety. 

Once the path has been planned, the vehicle’s unique independent drive suspension system maintains consistent traction as it traverses over various floor conditions. This unique suspension system not only protects the vehicle from damage but ensures the safety of the payload on top of the vehicle. In-process, in-floor charging allows the ML2’s battery to receive a charge while performing tasks, reducing downtime and footprint. Designed with true ZTR (zero turn radius), bidirectional travel and a Category 3 safety system with 360 field of view, the ML2 can safely operate in tight spaces and around existing infrastructure with ease.
