The ML2 Mini Load AV is small in size but can accommodate a wide array of tasks and payload needs. It transports loads to designated stops, pick ups and drop off points. A key feature is the modular payload deck configuration options. The ML2 can be fitted with:
- Towing pin
- Powered conveyor
- Lift table
- Lift and rotate
- Retractable tow pin
- Custom engineered appliances
In addition to being physically flexible, the ML2 is also adaptable. It features full fleet software connectivity and monitoring systems, as well as a robust controls architecture. Equipped with natural features navigation, the ML2 uses LiDAR scanners to identify features in its environment and match them to a virtual map to determine its location and move along its programmed paths to designated pick up and drop off points.
Once the path has been planned, the vehicle’s unique independent drive suspension system maintains consistent traction as it traverses over various floor conditions. Designed with true ZTR (zero turn radius) and bidirectional travel, the ML2 can operate in tight spaces and around existing infrastructure with ease.
Bastian Solutions’ integrated AVs (autonomous vehicles) utilize our proprietary middleware solution to seamlessly connect vehicles from various manufacturers to customers’ enterprise systems. With this pre-packaged software stack, users can orchestrate complex, multi-fleet AV systems, improving interoperability, productivity and adaptability to future operational needs.
